    Shipbuilding Giant Privinest Group

    Privinest Group is a shipbuilding company founded in 1990 by Iskandar Safa who is the CEO and his brother Akram Safa. Over the past two decades, the company has become a force to reckon with maintaining shipyards in Europe and the Middle East. Although their headquarters are stationed in Beirut, Lebanon, they also in Germany, France, Greece, and the UK. Privinest specializes in the commissioning of naval ships, commercial vessels, mega yachts and even the transfer of intellectual information for countries who are looking to develop their own naval fleets. They also provide ships and to NATO countries globally

    Over the course of their 20-year existence they have built more than 2000 vessels. The ships Privinest has built can be seen in over 40 countries world-wide. In 2017, a subsidiary of Privinest Group unveiled one of the largest sailing yachts in the world. Although all of the have not been divulged, it does include an underwater observation deck. Two out of the 10 biggest mega-yachts in the world have been delivered by . The group also partakes in environmental interests such as investing in research and development in Marine Renewable Energies. They also have invested in a start-up called Hydroquest which specializes in water turbines for greener energy.

    Privinest Group is composed of 6 shipyards including CMN, German Naval Yards Keil, Nobiskrug, PISB, Lindenau, and Isherwoods. Together they have produced some of the world’s best and most recognizable vessels in the .
